Qualifications

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describing, you need to meet basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• be of legal age before starting the assignment
• high school diploma
• good Swedish in speech and writing
• driver's license B

You also need to be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed at Avarn Security.

Security guard training is an advantage for these positions. Other advantageous qualifications include experience in the security industry, some technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you progress in the process but do not already have the prescribed training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! Security guard training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted at BYA, the Security Industry's Occupational and Work Environment Board. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment.
